Tournaments

The annual highlight on the Club's calendar is the Toowoomba Open!

This is one of Queensland's longest standing club events and attracts players from across Queensland and interstate. The Open field is usually very strong and likely to include current and past State and National players. The date is subject to Table Tennis Queensland scheduling and is usually released on their website early in the year.

The entry form for the 2024 Toowoomba Open can be found here [PDF] or here [DOCX].

The draw for the 2023 Toowoomba Open can be found here.

The Club also conducts a Toowoomba Closed event late in the year so all of the Club's Fixtures players can battle it out for bragging rights in their preferred events. It's not one to be missed!

The annual Border Challenge between Brisbane, Lismore, Tamworth and ourselves is a club favourite with selection much sought after.

Club Members are encouraged to enter other club tournaments in addition to State and National competitions. These are for players who are serious about their table tennis and equally serious about having fun. The Club rates this participation highly and limited subsidies may be available for participating players.
