Toowoomba Table Tennis

Annual General Meeting

Our annual general meeting (AGM) is held in early October each year to elect committee members and inform members of previous and future activities.

It is an opportunity for members to receive copies of the Club's accounts as well as reviewing fiscal information for the past year and asking any questions regarding the directions the Club will take in the future.

If you are a member and interested in nominating for a position, or submitting a Proxy Vote, the relevant forms can be obtained from and returned to the secretary.

History

The earliest record of organised table tennis being played in Toowoomba dates all the way back to 1932. The Toowoomba Table Tennis Association was formally established in 1937.

This makes us one of Toowoomba's oldest sporting institutions and arguably Queensland's oldest regional table tennis club.

We are fortunate to hold comprehensive records recounting the early days and they make for great reading.
